We provide investors, including PE funds and asset managers, with regulatory due diligence on an acquisition, merger or launch. Devise and Deliver Campaigns

We help companies and industries – often working with their trade associations – to shape regulation and policy. This may require moving political opinion, or engaging with regulators and officials. We often put together a coalition of like-minded stakeholders to forge a more powerful campaign, and with services including handling both the communications and public affairs aspects.
