A regional transport authority had an infrastructure investment programme that had evolved over many years, but many of the projects were dated, and the programme was not prioritised. The authority commissioned Prysm Global, led by its senior adviser Bridget Roswell, to use its expertise in transport and infrastructure, to conduct an independent review of the entire pipeline of nearly 200 projects in order to assess which should be prioritised for public funding to support the regional growth plan, and which should be deprioritised. Projects were also assessed on whether they are suitable for private sector investment. Prysm Global was then commissioned to use the data and recommendations to create a new transport investment plan for the region.
